Due to the lack of confidence, many people exaggerate the problems they are facing and feel overwhelmed by them. But the truth is otherwise. All the clouds do not rain. Many of them, though appearing thick and dark, are blown away by the winds. When even the golden dreams are not materialized, how can the imaginary fears turn out to be real? There are certainly evil and aggressive elements in the society, but it must not be forgotten that there also exist the angelic, protecting and helping powers. If the human life is wasted in such small worries, then how can any one survive on earth?
The mental balance is disturbed more due to the inner weakness and lack of refined thinking than the external factors. If we can develop the habit of positive thinking and develop the courage to face the realities of life, it will easily be possible to eradicate the mental disorders and at the same time also get rid of the day-to-day ailments that are caused by such disorders. We try to treat unsuccessfully the physical symptoms which really have the roots in the subtle domain. Therefore, for our healthy and happy life, let us develop the habit of positive thinking.
