On February 18, 2025, a special event on the “Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan” was organized by the Nasha Mukt Hostel Committee and Dev Sanskriti Students Club in collaboration with the Disha: Psychological, Spiritual, and Career Counseling Club of Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya. This awareness program, aimed at inspiring the youth toward a drug-free life, was organized under the broader vision of promoting holistic and societal well-being as envisioned by the university’s founder and aligned with the government’s nationwide campaign for a drug-free India.
The keynote speaker for the session was Mr. Kshitij Modi, a renowned Clinical Psychologist and Founder of Prastar Vatsalya, who shared his valuable insights into the physical, emotional, and social harm caused by substance abuse. He highlighted the importance of maintaining a drug-free lifestyle, especially for the youth, who represent the future of the nation. His address resonated with the students, inspiring them to actively engage in building a healthier, more productive society.
This program marks another significant contribution of Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya to national development by nurturing an environment of awareness, leadership, and responsibility among its students.
