Empowering Future Entrepreneurs: In the Making of ‘Atmanirbhar’- Entrepreneur Journey to be Job Provider.
On February 22, 2025, the Alumni Speak Series delivered a thought-provoking and transformative session titled “In the Making of ‘Atmanirbhar’: Entrepreneur Journey to be Job Provider”, led by Dr. Harsha Khandelwal, Founder & Director of Corporate Parijat and a proud alumna of Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya. Hosted by Avahan- Dev Sanskriti Alumni Association, in collaboration with the Institutional Innovation Council and the Department of Psychology, the event provided students with invaluable insights into entrepreneurship and career growth.
Dr. Khandelwal, drawing from her own inspiring journey as an alumna of the university, shared her transformation from a job seeker to a successful job creator. She emphasized the importance of self-reliance, innovation, and perseverance, encouraging students to develop an entrepreneurial mindset and seize opportunities in their professional lives. Her real-world experiences, combined with her deep connection to the university, made her story even more relatable and motivational for the audience.
The interactive session allowed students to engage deeply, ask questions, and receive personalized advice from Dr. Khandelwal. She highlighted the significance of leadership, understanding market needs, and fostering an ‘Atmanirbhar’ (self-reliant) spirit, all of which are crucial to thriving in today’s competitive environment.
