Industry Expert Talk at DSVV: How to Bridge the College to Corporate Gap
On 24th February, the Department of Computer Science hosted a super insightful session on “How to Bridge the College to Corporate Gap & Become Industry Ready,” with Ms. Damini Rathi, who’s an Assistant Manager at Reliance Jio.
The session, which was conducted under the guidance of our Pro Vice Chancellor, respected Dr. Chinmay Pandya, was full of practical takeaways on how to use your technical skills and personal growth to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
Ms. Rathi, who works on Geospatial Visualization and is a pro in Python, web app development, Power BI, and automating reports, shared her career journey and gave practical tips on how to be ready for the industry. She focused on the need to have a problem-solving attitude, staying proactive, and facing challenges head-on in the corporate world.
She also highlighted how important personal development is, sharing her experiences with getting certified in NCC and yoga, which have added a unique edge to her professional life.
Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya extends its heartfelt thanks to Ms. Damini Rathi for sharing her valuable insights during the session. A special appreciation also goes out to the Department of Computer Science for organizing such a well-rounded event.
