Exploring the Future of Tourism: Alumni Speak Series Shines Light on Industry Trends
On February 27, 2025, the Alumni Speak Series hosted an insightful session on the topic “Latest Trends of Academics, Research & Industry in Tourism Management Sector”. The event was organized by Avahan - Dev Sanskriti Alumni Association, in collaboration with the Department of Tourism Management, promises to provide students with valuable knowledge and guidance from esteemed alumni, under the visionary guidance of Respected Dr. Chinmay Pandya, Pro-Vice Chancellor of Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya.
The session was be led by Dr. Ajay Bhardwaj, an accomplished Assistant Professor at the Amity School of Hospitality & Tourism, Amity University, Rajasthan, and a proud alumnus of Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya. His deep expertise in tourism management, research, and industry trends offered students a rare opportunity to gain insights from an expert who has successfully carved his path in the field.
Students were able to interact with Dr. Bhardwaj, ask questions, and learn about the dynamic shifts happening in the tourism sector, as well as the role of academics and research in shaping future trends.
This Alumni Speak Series session is part of a broader initiative to help students prepare for the challenges of the professional world by connecting them with experienced alumni who serve as mentors and role models.
